No orders can be edited or cancelled once your order enters production.
Due to the custom nature of these products, there are no refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
Sizing for most items run “true to size.” “Junior” or “Ladies” items run smaller because they are a different style of fit. When in doubt, order a larger size.
In order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, Threads Custom Apparel reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value in the case of out of stock merchandise.
Items that are shipped are not guaranteed to arrive within a certain time frame.
Product print and embroidery designs are displayed to simulate actual products. Actual designs may be modified to enhance the production process.
